Mindful Hiking with Everflow Yoga
Part of the Outdoor Initiative – Get Outside, Connect, and Appreciate Nature!

Join us for a peaceful outdoor adventure with Everflow’s Mindful Hiking event! As part of our Outdoor Initiative, we’re bringing the community together for a day of nature, mindfulness, and connection right here in London.

On Sunday, April 27th from 12:00pm - 2:00pm, we’ll kick things off with an introductory lesson on Walking Meditation, guiding you through simple techniques to stay present and mindful with every step. Then, we’ll embark on an est. 1 hour 45 minute hike through the beautiful Kilally Meadows, soaking in the sights and sounds of nature while practicing mindfulness in action.

This event is open to everyone – bring your friends, family, and even your friendly dogs to enjoy the hike with us. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for a new way to explore, this is the perfect way to slow down, take in your surroundings, and reconnect with yourself and the community.

Time: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
📍 Location: Kilally Meadows. Meet at the east end of Windermere Rd. – Go past Waltzing Weasel, past Tin Cup Golf, and find us in the parking lot at the end of the road.
🎟️ Cost: $25

What to bring:

  • Comfortable hiking shoes or sneakers

  • Water to stay hydrated

  • Optional: sunscreen, a jacket, bug spray, camera, hat
