Mindful Hiking with Everflow Yoga — Mother’s Day Edition!

Join us for a peaceful outdoor adventure with Everflow’s Mindful Hiking event! As part of our Outdoor Initiative, we’re bringing the community together for a day of nature, mindfulness, and connection right here in London. For our second Mindful Hike of the season, we’re creating a special experience for Mother’s Day. Daughters and sons, bring your moms! Moms, bring your daughters and sons! You’ll receive the Mother’s Day Discount of two for the price of one when you bring them along.
On Sunday, May 11th from 12:00pm - 1:30pm, we’ll kick things off with an introductory lesson on Walking Meditation, guiding you through simple techniques to stay present and mindful with every step. Then, we’ll embark on an est. 1 hour 12 minute hike through the beautiful Westminster Ponds, soaking in the sights and sounds of nature while practicing mindfulness in action.
This event is open to everyone – bring your friends, family, and even your friendly dogs to enjoy the hike with us. While this is the Mother’s Day edition, you are welcome to join and enjoy the hike solo too! Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just looking for a new way to explore, this is the perfect way to slow down, take in your surroundings, and reconnect with yourself and the community.

📍 Location: Westminster Ponds. Meet at the parking lot off of Commissioners Rd E. and Adelaide St S. – The little lot beside the railroad tracks and the Tim Hortons.
